Lightreading gets some of the bankers to acknowledge that they think M&A is a better route than IPO. They think they could get a $1.5B sale. Why so much less than Skype at $2.6B plus much more in incentives?

Says The Stalwart: Perhaps because Skype already makes the Vonage model obsolete. Question, answered.
